Original print from a calendar from the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria, VA. From a group of Washington DC area printmakers creating original prints in calendar format. The calendars are housed in archives. Many artists nationally and internationally contributed their original print editions to these yearly calendars. Calendars are housed in the archives of the Cocoran Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, the National Gallery of Women in the Arts, The National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution, and The Library of Congress. Many of these prints are also for sale in online galleries that specialize in 19th to 21st century fine prints.
