This William Townsend Bill Onus Wood Aboriginal Australian Wirrin 15 3/4" Plate is in decent condition for its age. Has a couple scratches. This plate is the larger of the plates on the market. This Wooden plate decorated with Aboriginal design by Bill Onus depicting their native folklore, is a perfect piece of history. He was born on the Cummeragunja Aboriginal Reserve Murray River in New South Wales and he is part of the Wiradjuri clan. Plate is signed "Wirrin" on the front. The tag on back is torn off.
